    Initial Phone Consultation (20 mins):

    Free

    Intake Session (60 mins)*:

The intake session is not an individual therapy session. This session will consist of a lot of questions to gather information about you, and you will also be able to expand on any information from your intake forms and ask any questions you might have.

This session allows me the opportunity to get a sense of who you are, to understand your current struggles, and hear your goals for therapy. This also allows you the opportunity to meet me and for us to determine if we are a good fit to move forward together in individual therapy. If I/we do not believe we’re the right fit, I will provide referrals that would better meet your needs.

    Individual Therapy (30 mins-120 mins)*:

Follow-up sessions are scheduled after the intake session. These can be scheduled in the following time increments: 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, or 120 mins.

Parent Support Sessions (45 mins or 60 mins)*:

Parent support sessions focus on helping parents learn how to support their child’s therapeutic goals without feeding into negative cycles. Some of the things parents may learn include, but are not limited to: psychoeducation about your child’s diagnosis and treatment, how to reduce/remove accommodations and reassurance seeking behaviors, how to implement reward systems, how to respond to your child’s individual needs, and how to provide support during your child’s exposures at home.

    Intensive Outpatient (3 hrs/day, 2-3 days/week)**:

For clients with moderate-severe symptoms who could benefit from a higher level of care, but do not need a residential program. This level of care allows clients to remain engaged with their lives and practice the skills they’re learning in their natural environment.

    In-Home Sessions and Public Exposures**:

I do not charge travel time to families living in Montrose (Zip Code: 77006). Home visits and public exposures in other parts of Houston will include a travel fee, which is prorated from the individual therapy fee and based on average travel time from my office to the location and back.

*Can occur either in-person or via Telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

**Intensive outpatient, in-home, and public sessions are dependent on the therapist’s availability

  • Payment is required up to 24 hours prior to each session. Accepted methods of payment include all major credit cards and some HSA/ Flexible Spending Cards.

  • I am an out-of-network provider for all health insurance companies. I can provide a superbill for each session upon request, which you may use to file an individual claim with your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company in advance to see if they will provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. It is also important to ask if the reimbursement rate is different for my licensure level: LPC-Associate. I cannot guarantee reimbursement for services.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 24 business hour notice to avoid being charged for the full session. Exceptions can be made for infrequent, uncontrollable life events (death in family, car accident, severe inclement weather, school closures, and other such emergencies).
